For work, I’m primarily an award-winning wedding + family photojournalist, sometimes kid's room designer & muralist (LittleRoomToBloom.com), & Throw Down dance fitness instructor (because FUN!).



My husband Matt and I have been teaming up to document weddings for more than 15 years all over the United States, Caribbean, and Europe. We never plan to stop. It's wonderfully challenging, rewarding, engaging work.

Together, we've built a life in a small town in North Idaho with our  4 incredible kids that are our absolute WORLD + our Walmart parking lot pup, Biscuits.

Beyond my love of photography and being a wife/mom, I LOVE being outside, color, dinner parties, snowboarding, chickens, life drawing, pianos, beach picnics, craft cocktails, camping, dancing my face off, home birth, saunas, painting murals, sewing Halloween costumes, gardening, & that tingly feeling when you first get into a hot bath.

I love great late-night conversations that dig deep, karaoke in dive bars where people are performing like they're on the verge of a midlife crisis, and I've always, always adored WEDDINGS. Elope or throw a massive party, backyard or ballroom, I have a soft spot for all of it.

I feel so honored when a couple trusts me to shadow them on such an important day to document them tying the knot as well as when families invite me over to photograph their current chapter of beautiful chaos.
